Cebu's first Chandelier Cake

So here comes the project that I wanted to make but couldn't decide yet on where to hang it??? most of the hotels here in Cebu won't allow anything attached to their ceiling... then comes the idea that it should have its own frame so I could set it up anywhere, anytime I wanted it to be. Fortunately, my husband is an architect and has lots of experience about construction and such... so he pulled out his best welder on hand and got him to do the frame that will carry the chandelier and the cake... taking into account the weight factor, sturdiness
